Just came back from an outing with my girlfriends.
Got more than what we expected for a night! hahaa...

At Century Square in Tampines, it's Ladies Nite!! So all male species were chased out of the mall, with security guards at the entrance.. haha..

With Glenn Ong and the Flying Dutchman as hosts, the nite was a blast!!!

Here's what we catch as performance..

Since it's Ladies Nite, it simply means as what Flying Dutchman says... "Man are our Slaves tonite" lolx...

Firstly, the show starts with 5 guys coming out with hot dancesteps on stage, wearing uniform of all professions, from white to blue collar workers, doctors, construction workers, policeman, red indian and even cowboy!!

Following that, things started to gets a little kinky, with guys coming out in bathrobe doing strip-tease!! ahaha...

After that, 5 ladies were invited to go on stage.. sitting on chair and blindfolded. Then 5 guys came out in tuxedo... do LAP-DANCE for them!!! *gasp*
They strip all the way to their briefs!!!

Lastly.. the most anticipated part of the show, POLE-DANCING!!
3 super-hot pole dancers dance their way non-stop for 1/2 hr!!! By then, all the girls were mesmerize and screaming away.

Yes, from girls in their teens to 50+ years old aunties. ALL mesmerize by the pole-dancers... ahhaa...

What a night...jeez....

Had tons of fun!!!

Loved the hosts, they rock!!

Got off at 1pm from work, and took a cab all the way from TTSH to dar's house. Seriously, i don't mind the cash, it's worth it. Only 2+hrs left before his enlistment...

Dar's mum cook his favourite lunch meal, but i could tell from his face that he's seriously sian 1/2. Practically expressionless. SO not looking forward to tekong.

Dar's uncle came at 3pm, to drive us to Changi ferry terminal. So we scan our IC, make our way into the "ferry", and was on our way to tekong.

Seriously, at first view from the ferry terminal in tekong, it looks like some chalet!! But all of us know better than that, don't we.. haa..

We just walk some distance only, and got seperated, between family and enlistee. That was the second last time i saw dar, walking up the stairs to god-knows-where. So dar's mum, uncle, bro and me board this bus, where we were showed around the training grounds, then to their bunks.

The bunks don't look bad, quite spacious, 6 or 8 bed in 1 room. Then there's the recreation room, with TV, carom board, table tennis, and it's fully air-conditioned!

Then we were escort to the auditorium, where we were explained the things they will receive in army. The jacket looks supercool!! Hope dar gets it, heard that it cost over a hundred bucks!

Then we waited in the canteen, until the enlistees finished their registration process and were in the auditorium seated and waiting for us. When we entered the auditorium and saw them siting there, the atmosphere was so solemn. They can't even flinch, seated with their fist clench on their thigh. So we listened to the real boring speech, explaining the BMT process and stuff.

Finally, we witness the enlistees saying the oath, officially stepping forward from a civilian into a soldier. Lotsa emotions, lotsa feelings that can't be explained at that very moment surge through me, i'm sure for everyone as well...

Then we had our last dinner with dar at the canteen. Chicken cutlet with butter rice, a bread, and corn, with mushroom soup, a fruit and a cup of mango juice. The food taste okie la..edible... But if that's consider as the best meal, i can't imagine what the rest will be like...

Then we bid farewell to dardar...
Haiz... Good thing that Qungen is in the same company as him, at least got a friend.. and I think Rong Chang and Alvin from his class too, all in the same company..

Dar's in Whiskey Company, Platoon 2 Section 1.
But I heard that it might change de, not confirm....

I'm sure he will be fine, hopefully.
He used to be from NCC in secondary school!!

He will be out on 22 september, and graduating on 6th decmeber...

I'm soooo going for his graduation.
Looking forward to it!

We had our dinner and Fish&Co, and lotsa chit-chat. It's a fun bunch, lotsa laughter and silly talks. haa..

Can't wait for the guys to finish their first 3 months soon, then maybe, just maybe, our cruise trip might happen!!

*sigh*

It's been so long since i last blog.
Nothing to blog about anyway.

Dar will be enlisted this thursday >.<"
I've specially taken that day off, so that i can accompany him to Tekong on the first day. The leave was approved and all...

HOWEVER, work just had to screw up last minute. I'm damn pissed!!!
One of my colleague, she's a malaysian, her granny passed away, so she's going back to malaysia. Then... they need me to work on that day!!

WTF?

One thing about this goddamn company is, they hired just the right amount of people, no more and no less. So only 1 person can be off at one time, otherwise can't cope. In fact, even with one person off, all the rest have to work extra hard to cover up his/her load!!!

So, I have to go back to work on Thursday, and boss say she tried to let me go off after all TPN orders are in. Then the 1 day leave i've applied, she will reverse it, and about me going off on thursday after orders are in, she will just me let go without any cut-off from my leave.

I mean.. i'm still pissed.
So what if you reverse my leave and let me have half a day off with no strings attach, I'm NOT gonna thank you for it.

The whole purpose of me taking leave on Thursday is because i have something on ON THAT DAY! Asking me to go back work and giving me half day leave kind of defeat the purpose isn't it! So what if you reverse my leave?

I want my leave on THAT PARTICULAR DAY!

argh!!

This isn't the first time it happens!!
Every saturday, everyone in the company will take turns to be off on saturday. However, just when it was MY turn, workload increased.
SO NO OFF.

Boss promised me that she will try to let me off on the week before dar go NS, she did not also, saying workload still heavy. Everyone had to work.

On the Saturday before dar enlist, when it's my turn to be off, i worked. This Thursday when dar's gonna be enlisted, i have to work in morning also.
~!@#$%

GODDAMN PISSED!!!
