Dardar finally book out today!!

His elbow's practically scrape raw, even got pus !!! So I bought him some Smith&Nephew wound dressings. Luckily i did wound management for my Major Project, really come in useful!! hahaa....

He lost so much weight just after 1 field camp!
Gawd...

He really never cease to amaze me with changes every week. Lost weight.. gain weight... scrape here... bruise there.. haaa...

Noticed something.
When dar's not around to accompany me and stuff, i'll be out till late into the night with my girlfriends. Yesterday was apparantly no exception. haha...

Wei Sze and Huifen accompany me to Auntie Serene (dar's family friend) optical shop to get a new pair of glasses. I broke one of the lense of my old glass on Friday night. =x
Chose a really nice pair! Love it!!

Following that, we walked all the way from Selegie Road back to Bugis, stopping for Ice Monster's mango & strawberry snow ice. Really nice!! Been there a couple of times with dar before, love their mango snow ice!! We had our usual KFC for dinner, did some shopping when Lin called us up.

Lin fetch the 3 of us at 9+pm, where we head down to the airport for our supper and chat. Really enjoy chatting with Lin. He has a way with his talks, that always left me feeling introspective after that....

He told me lots about field camp and stuff, and by the time we finish chatting, was already 11+pm, thus sending us home.

Really like being drove around in Lin's car. Along with oldies playing in the stereo and his smooth driving skills, the journey home itself is always such an enjoyment. =D

It just keeps raining EVERY single day since dar went off for field camp...

Tonight's the worst of all, stormy night!!!
The lightning, thunder and heavy rain...

Dardar's out there somewhere in the field, sleeping in a tent under such weather!!

Being raining all day... wonder how dar's doing in field camp...

Kinda unlucky, that his field camp falls on Singapore's 'monsoon' season. Bet it's all muddy and really cold at night.

Another thingy is his food ration...
Out of all that they have, the best food is actually 2 packets of Maggie Mee... what a 'feast' they must be having...

No bath, no nice food....
Can imagine how much dar must have dread this camp..

This weekend seems so short.

Dar's field camp starts tomorrow. So no contact from him from a week... *sigh*
Furthermore, he booked in at 6.30pm today, so early!!!

Normally, a field camp last 7 days (which is till Sunday), and they won't be able to book out till the following Saturday after the field camp week.

Luckily for dar, the week after the field camp, he would be able to book out on Monday due to the 2 Public Holiday on Tues and Thurs! So he will be able to come home on Monday, book in again on Thursday! Ain't that great?!! Hee...

But for now, have to drag myself through the entire week... sianzz..........

So looking forward to any public holiday!! haiz..

Every weekend has become so routine since dar enter NS.
Not that i mind though, i'm always looking forward to his book out on Saturday. =)

There's always stories that he would tell and stuff, and he's always looking darker, and more well-built than before. Within just 1 month, he gained 2kg already, and mind you, not from fats okie... haha..

Saturday would be our pai tou day, going for movies and nice dinner. On Sunday, I would accompany him to get a list of things he need to bring back to camp, frequently going to that army store in Tampines near my primary school. Yep guys, there's an army store right here in Tampines, so no need to head out to Beach Road anymore! =D

By Sunday noon, we would be back at dar's house, where dar would be packing his bag, his mum sewing buttons on his uniform, and me ironing them. Then his mum would be busy preparing a nice dinner, and i would send dar off at the interchange.

Today's no different. Dar bought so many snacks back to his camp. He's always complaining about being hungry at night. Manage to get dry cough syrup and lozenges from the pharmacy for him. His cough ain't subsiding at all!

Oh ya! Finally at dar's 3rd book out, I've learnt how to tie his boot's laces! So nice to play around with it.. haha... Still trying to catch up with his speed of doing it though. ^^V

Another thing is the way he tucked his pants nicely to just above his boots... Pretty cool!! First time i see something like that... what a mountain turtle i am, huh!!

Hmm... dar's going for ranch training his tues and wed. He's pretty good at marksmanship, only 1 shot away from full score during his last training. So proud of him!!! He's been good with his marksmanship since his NCC days. Hope he can get really good score, that way he would have 1 day off! ^^V

Time to sleep! Past 10.30 already! =P

Another weekend had just flew past like that!!

Gawd... dar was grumbling whole day about having only 1 night of sleep at home.

He came back from tekong, down with sore throat and cough. So i bought him some Danzen tablets and Dequalinium lozenges from retail pharmacy, and leftover of my sister's Difflam lozenges. Coughing is a very common sydrome in Tekong, and i'm putting my bet that it's due to the water there. Probably the water they drink still has a fair amount of clorine in it? I don't know..just a guess...

Dar's officially starting his BMT from tomorrow onwards, kinda worried about his health though. Hope the medicines work!

Freaking blur today!!!

Only when my dad dropped me off to work at MRT station today, that i realise i forgot to bring my wallet, along with my ez-link card n stuff!!!! Left penniless at the station, gotta call my dad to drive back and passed me some cash.

So i bought single-trip fare tickets, which is so expensive!!! Then when i took bus to meet dar after work, there's a difference of 30cents between ez-link card and cash payment!!

I realise, with ez-link card's tap and go method, most of us don't feel the pinch of each transportation trip. 2-3 stops away, lazy to work, also take bus. Seriously, with cash payment, you really feel the sting of every SINGLE trip!!!

However, without wallet, I spend less money today. hahaa....
Oh well, at least i still have my handphone, coz i would rather lose my wallet than my mobile!!! =P
